Stores Assistant

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: Diploma

Industry: Heavy Equipment / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day stores and inventory activities.
- Perform inventory transactions using SAP S/4HANA.
- Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
- Maintain accurate stock and store records.
- Update inventory data and reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for material receipt and movement.
- Ensure proper documentation and stock accuracy.

Requirements
- Diploma qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, or Logistics.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and GRN is preferred.
- MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
