Position: Stock Boy

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Stock Boy to support the day-to-day stock and operational activities of our retail showroom. The role will involve handling, organizing, moving and maintaining stock, as well as assisting with loading, unloading and deliveries.

The ideal candidate should be physically fit, reliable, disciplined and willing to work as per the operational requirements of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, unload and check incoming stock and deliveries.
- Assist in loading and unloading products safely and carefully.
- Move products between the warehouse, showroom and delivery vehicles as required.
- Arrange and organize stock systematically in the designated storage areas.
- Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage during movement and storage.
- Assist the showroom team with product movement, display changes and stock requirements.
- Support dispatch and delivery activities as instructed.
- Assist in packing and preparing products for delivery wherever required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the stock/storage area.
- Assist with stock counting and physical verification when required.
- Report any damaged, missing or incorrectly received products immediately.




- Follow all safety and handling procedures while moving and storing products.
- Coordinate with delivery staff, drivers and showroom team for smooth movement of goods.
- Perform other store-related operational duties as per store requirement.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a retail store, warehouse, showroom or similar role will be preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving products.
- Positive understanding of basic stock handling and storage practices.
- Responsible, punctual and dependable.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required for deliveries, loading/unloading or other operational activities.

Working Requirements The role may require the employee to report early or stay beyond regular showroom hours. depending on delivery schedules, vehicle unloading/loading and other operational requirements.

Salary: Based on experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
