The kitchen cannot run without a reliable, effective Steward. We are looking for a dynamic individual who treats cleanliness as a craft. You are not just washing dishes—you are protecting our hygiene standards and supporting our chefs so they can perform at their peak.

What You’ll Do

· Maintain spotless kitchen floors, equipment, and dishware.

· Operate industrial dishwashing machines and sanitize all utensils.

· Assist with basic food prep (peeling, chopping) when needed.

· Manage trash removal and recycling according to health codes.

· Support the culinary team during peak service rushes.

What We Require





· 1+ year of stewarding or utility experience in a hotel or large kitchen.

· Knowledge of chemical safety and HACCP standards.

· Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

· A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

· Reliability—we need you on time, every shift.
