About the Role

We're looking for energetic and well-presented Stewards to join our floor team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career candidates to build a career in hospitality with an international brand.

Key Responsibilities

 Greet and seat guests warmly; ensure a pleasant dining experience throughout

 Take food and beverage orders accurately and punch them into the POS

 Serve food and drinks as per brand service standards

 Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place of assigned sections

 Set up and explicit tables promptly between covers

 Answer guest queries on the menu; share recommendations

 Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service

 Handle guest feedback politely and escalate where required

 Follow all hygiene,



grooming and food safety (FSSAI/HACCP) standards

Requirements

 Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant, QSR, café or hotel

 Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory

 Basic English communication; Hindi fluency required

 Pleasant personality, well-groomed, positive attitude

 Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

 Physically fit for standing shifts

 Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida/Delhi NCR
