WE ARE HIRING | SOP & TRAINING MANAGER

Mushroom Mama is looking for a SOP & Training Manager who can ensure that our SOPs are followed consistently across all our outlets and that every team member is properly trained to deliver the same quality, taste, hygiene and customer experience.

? Key Responsibilities

1. SOP Implementation & Compliance

Ensure all outlet teams strictly follow company SOPs. Conduct regular outlet audits to check SOP compliance.

Monitor food preparation, portion control, hygiene, cleaning, storage and service standards.

Identify gaps and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

1. Staff Training & Development

Train new employees on Mushroom Mama's operational SOPs. Conduct regular refresher training for existing employees.

Train staff on food preparation, product standards, hygiene, customer service and safety.

Evaluate staff performance after training.

Maintain training records for all employees.

1. Outlet Audits

Visit all outlets regularly and conduct operational audits. Observe actual staff practices and identify deviations from SOPs.

Prepare audit reports and track corrective actions.

Follow up with Store Managers to ensure issues are closed.

1. New Product Training

Conduct training whenever a new product or process is introduced. Demonstrate correct preparation, portioning, presentation and serving standards.





Ensure all outlet staff are trained before a current product goes live.

1. Quality & Consistency

Ensure the same product quality, taste, portion size and presentation across all outlets. Monitor operational consistency between outlets.

Identify recurring operational issues and recommend improvements.

1. Store Manager & Team Support

Work closely with Store Managers and Area Operations Manager. Help managers improve their team's SOP adherence and operational discipline.

Conduct on-the-job coaching whenever required.

1. Reporting

Submit regular SOP compliance and training reports. Track outlet-wise training completion and audit scores.

Highlight recurring issues and recommend corrective actions to management.

? Who Are We Looking For?

Experience in QSR / Restaurant / Food & Beverage operations preferred.

Strong understanding of SOP implementation and staff training.

Good communication and people-management skills.

Willingness to travel between multiple outlets.

Hands-on approach — someone who is comfortable working on the floor with outlet teams.

Strong observation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to train, coach and hold teams accountable.
