Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Staff Nurse role based in Noida.

The Staff

Nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. The role involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, updating patient records accurately, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Knowledge of standard nursing procedures, infection control practices, and hospital safety protocols.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple patients, and respond calmly in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and basic digital healthcare tools.
- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid nursing council registration.
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in hospital or clinical settings is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
