Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM. Valid State Nursing Council registration.
Experience: 1-5 years of relevant hospital experience preferred. Freshers can be considered based on hospital requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the ward.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient condition, intake/output, and other clinical parameters.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and clinical procedures.
- Monitor patients for changes in their condition and promptly report abnormalities to the treating doctor.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, medication charts, and other clinical documentation.
- Prepare patients for investigations, procedures, surgeries,
and transfers as required.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide appropriate nursing support.
- Ensure proper care of IV lines, catheters, drains, wounds, and other medical devices.
- Perform wound dressing and other nursing procedures according to hospital protocols.
- Follow infection-control practices, hand hygiene, and patient-safety standards.
- Provide health education and instructions to patients and their attendants regarding medications, diet, treatment, and discharge care.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, pharmacy, diagnostics, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure proper communication of patient information.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and initiate basic life-support measures when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the patient care area.
- Follow hospital SOPs, nursing protocols, NABH standards, and quality guidelines.
