Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM. Valid State Nursing Council registration.
Experience: 1-5 years of relevant ICU experience preferred. BLS/ACLS certification will be an added advantage.
Required Skills Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and high-dependency patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs, neurological status, oxygen saturation, and other clinical parameters.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.
- Assist doctors during procedures, emergencies, intubation, and other critical interventions.
- Monitor patients for any changes in condition and immediately report abnormalities to the treating doctor.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation and nursing records.
- Follow infection-control practices, including proper hand hygiene and aseptic techniques.
- Assist with blood transfusions and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Ensure proper care of central lines, arterial lines, urinary catheters, drains, and other invasive devices.
- Participate in emergency and resuscitation procedures, including CPR/BLS as required.
- Coordinate with doctors, respiratory therapists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and appropriate communication to patients and their attendants.
- Maintain ICU cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, NABH standards, and patient-safety guidelines.
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure proper communication of patient status and ongoing treatment.
