nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator – ELV to support the design and delivery of ELV systems for commercial and residential building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD, with primary expertise in CCTV and Fire Alarm systems, along with experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary model coordination.

- Coordinate and develop ELV BIM models for commercial and residential building projects.n
- Prepare and maintain detailed CCTV and Fire Alarm models using Revit.n
- Prepare ELV drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.n
- Coordinate ELV services with Architectural, Structural, Electrical and MEP disciplines.n
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM coordination tools.n
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project requirements.n
- Ensure proper BIM standards, naming conventions, model organization and LOD requirements are followed.n
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, details and coordinated drawings.n
- Identify and resolve design/modeling issues in coordination with project teams.n
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve interdisciplinary clashes.n
- Support the BIM Manager/Lead in maintaining project BIM deliverables and docu
