Role Description The Sr.

Electrical

Technician is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment within the production facility. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on machinery, power distribution panels, and control systems, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults to minimize downtime. The role involves monitoring electrical loads, supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment, and collaborating with engineering, production, and safety teams to maintain compliance with electrical standards and workplace safety regulations. Electrical

Technician will document maintenance activities, maintain spare parts inventory, and provide guidance to junior technicians to support continuous improvement in plant reliability and performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Maintenance and Electrical Equipment handling for industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles applicable to plant operations.
- Candidates should possess proven Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical issues quickly and safely.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with experience in industrial or food production facilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable electrical codes and regulations.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals, and to use electrical testing instruments effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, systematic problem-solving approach, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune Division and to support shift or weekend work as required by production schedules.
