Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on development and implementation of monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
- Strong experience with Grafana, Prometheus and other observability tools.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Strong understanding and implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
- Experience in toil reduction through automation and scripting.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams to embed reliability and observability into application architecture.
- Strong understanding of production systems, scalability, availability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop,



and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Define and implement SLIs/SLOs to measure and improve service reliability.
- Lead production incident response, troubleshooting, and post-incident RCA.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce engineering toil.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes/AKS environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and IaC practices.
- Partner with development teams to incorporate reliability, scalability, and observability into system architecture.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
