- ;Monitor and optimize daily transport routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- ;Coordinate with logistics providers to address any issues or changes in transportation schedules.
- ;Verify and manage quantities of materials being received and dispatched.
- ;Oversee the inward and outward flow of materials to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- ;Monitor and maintainoptimal stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- ;Keep track of materials purchased by franchises and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- ;Maintain accurate records of materials, transport routes, dispatches, and customer interactions ;Secondary Responsibilities

- ;Address and resolve customer complaints related to supply chain issues, including delivery delays or material discrepancies.

- ;Analyze supply chain costs, including transportation, warehousing, and procurement, to identify opportunities for cost reduction.

- ;Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- ;Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.

; Interaction With Patrons And Public Logistics Coordinator, Vendors, Suppliers, Customer, etc. ;Physical Demands

- ;Occasional travel to warehouses, distribution centers, and supplier sites. ;Working Conditions and Setting

- ;Work Mode: In Office as well as On-field
- ;Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- ;Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional extended hours as needed.
- ;Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Sunday fixed off) ;Requirements

- ;Masters degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ;Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics

- ;Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- ;Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
