About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to manage SEO strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of agency clients.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and is passionate about improving organic visibility, strengthening website performance, and turning SEO data into clear, actionable recommendations.

You’ll work across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, local SEO, reporting,

and long-term planning while collaborating with content, development, creative, strategy, project management, and client-facing teams.

This role requires at least 4 years of hands-on SEO experience managing strategy and execution for multiple clients in an agency environment. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform monthly technical SEO audits and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve organic visibility, website performance, crawlability, indexing, and search engine accessibility.

● Identify, document, and support remediation of technical and on-page SEO issues,

including metadata, internal linking, mobile optimization, site structure,



content performance, and overall website health.

● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities across client websites, industries, and local markets.

● Develop high-level SEO strategies and quarterly recommendations based on client goals, performance data, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

● Optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, content structure, image alt text, and page-level keyword targeting.

● Research blog topics based on keyword opportunities, competitor gaps, search intent,

and client goals.

● Optimize and deploy blog content in WordPress or similar content management systems, ensuring each post follows SEO best practices.

● Write and optimize Google Business Profile descriptions and provide local SEO recommendations.

● Create clear, client-ready monthly reports that summarize performance, completed work,

key findings, risks, and strategic recommendations.

● Monitor organic performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console,

SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.

● Identify ranking changes, technical issues, content gaps, competitor movement, and optimization opportunities, and communicate key findings to leadership and client-facing teams.

● Manage multiple client accounts, audits, reports, content initiatives, recommendations,

deadlines,



and priorities simultaneously.

● Evaluate SEO performance and progress toward short- and long-term organic search goals.

Qualifications

● 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience managing strategy and execution for multiple clients in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.

● Proven experience conducting technical SEO audits, keyword research, competitor research, on-page optimization, content optimization, local SEO, and client reporting.

● Strong understanding of technical SEO, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, site structure, website performance, metadata, internal linking, and content strategy.

● Experience optimizing and publishing blog content within WordPress or a similar content management system.

● Experience managing Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO recommendations.

● Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs,

Screaming Frog, or similar SEO platforms.

● Ability to translate performance data, technical findings, and competitor insights into clear, actionable strategies.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings professionally to clients and internal teams.

● Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients,

deadlines, industries, and priorities.

● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with content, development,

creative, strategy, and project management teams.

● Comfortable working with a distributed team and supporting client work across multiple time zones

Pay: ₹14,889.49 - ₹55,242.05 per month
