The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and expanding the customer base for Gold Loan and Forex Services. The role involves customer acquisition, field marketing, relationship management, lead generation, and achieving assigned business targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Gold Loan Sales

- Generate new gold loan customers through field visits, referrals, local marketing, and networking.

- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and other applicable terms to prospective customers.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Identify opportunities for gold loan renewals, top-ups, and customer retention.

- Achieve monthly and annual gold loan disbursement and outstanding targets.

- Coordinate with the branch team for documentation, valuation, processing, and customer service.

Forex Sales

- Promote foreign currency exchange, travel cards, outward remittance, and other forex-related services.

- Generate leads from individual customers, corporates, travel agencies, educational consultants, exporters/importers, and other potential business segments.

- Develop corporate and institutional relationships for regular forex and travel-related requirements.

- Identify customers travelling abroad for tourism, education, employment, medical treatment, and business purposes.

- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.

- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Business Development & Marketing

- Conduct daily field visits and participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.





- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.

- Build a strong referral network with travel agencies, educational consultants, corporates, local businesses, and other professionals.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and business conversions.

- Work closely with the branch and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and transaction processing.

Compliance & Customer Service

- Ensure all customer transactions and documentation comply with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information and documents.

- Provide qualified after-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management.
