Senior R&D; – Innovation Cosmetics

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior R&D; professional with strong expertise in Cosmetic Innovation and Product Development to lead innovative formulation projects, guide the R&D; team, and provide technical support to the Business Head.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Product Development

- Lead development of innovative cosmetic and personal care products from concept to commercialization.
- Identify emerging ingredients, technologies, formats, textures, and market trends.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot formulations through laboratory trials and product evaluations.
- Drive new product concepts based on client, consumer, and business requirements.

R&D; Team Management

- Guide and supervise R&D; Executives across formulation and innovation projects.
- Allocate projects, review trials, and provide technical guidance.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
- Support team development and knowledge sharing.

Business & Project Support

- Work closely with the Business Head on new product development and innovation initiatives.




- Convert client/business requirements into technically feasible product concepts.
- Provide technical inputs on feasibility, timelines, formulations, and development requirements.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Procurement, Quality, Production, and Packaging teams.
- Support scale-up, pilot trials, and commercialization of successful formulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Cosmetic Science
- 6–8 years of experience in cosmetic/personal care R&D; and formulation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Cosmetic Innovation and New Product Development.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring an R&D; team preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
