Role Description The Sr Residence Manager – Operations is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned residential properties.

This role includes managing occupancy and rental processes, coordinating maintenance and housekeeping schedules, and ensuring services such as cleaning, laundry, and meals are delivered consistently and on time.

The Sr Residence Manager will lead on-site staff, monitor budgets and vendor performance, and implement operational standards and policies.

The position involves regular interaction with residents to address concerns, maintain high customer satisfaction, and improve the overall living experience. The role also requires tracking key operational metrics,



preparing reports for management, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, and comfort.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact with residents, staff, and vendors clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Rental Management, including occupancy planning, rental agreements, and basic property administration.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience managing resident concerns, service quality, and community standards.
- Experience in Budgeting and cost control, with the ability to manage operational expenses and vendor contracts.
- Excellent Organization Skills for coordinating multiple services, schedules, and teams across the residence.
- Prior experience in residential operations, hospitality, facility management, or co-living environments is preferred.
- Ability to lead and mentor on-site teams, with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is an advantage.
