– SR. QA HEAD

Job Purpose To lead the overall Quality Assurance framework for project, ensuring consistent quality standards, patient safety, process compliance, audit governance and continuous improvement across the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall QA strategy, quality framework, standards, SOPs and audit methodology for Jio Arogya.
- Establish quality benchmarks for Patient Journey, clinical services, diagnostics, medicines, centre operations and patient safety.
- Lead the Quality Manager and QC team and ensure effective execution of the quality audit programme.
- Review audit findings, major deviations, incidents and recurring quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee CAPA, root-cause analysis and closure of critical quality observations within defined timelines.
- Monitor quality KPIs, trends, patient complaints and audit results and provide management with improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate with Medical, Operations, Diagnostics, Training, Supply Chain, HR and Compliance teams on quality-related matters.
- Ensure readiness for internal, regulatory, accreditation and external audits and monitor closure of observations.
- Develop and review quality policies, SOPs, checklists and control mechanisms based on operational requirements.




- Drive quality training and awareness programmes based on identified gaps and audit outcomes.
- Identify quality and patient-safety risks and establish appropriate preventive controls.
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to improve service consistency, patient experience and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present quality MIS, audit dashboards and key risk/issue reports to senior management.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences or relevant field.
- Relevant senior-level experience in healthcare quality, hospital, diagnostics or healthcare operations.
- Knowledge of NABH, NABL or other applicable healthcare quality standards preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
