Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, within quality standards, and according to approved drawings and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per the approved schedule.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and other construction drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or deviations.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with the Quantity Surveying and Procurement teams for material requirements and project quantities.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, and other civil works.
- Identify delays, technical issues, and site constraints and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, measurements, inspections, and approvals.
- Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling,



and cost-control activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.
- Guide and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
- Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical updates to management.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and handover activities.

Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Experience in high-rise/residential/commercial building projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project-management software is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under project deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
