- Execution

- 10–15 years in Semiconductor/SoC industry.

- Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
- Understanding of semiconductor product development and execution metrics

Track execution health across multiple concurrent SoC programs.
- Monitor program KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Drive issue escalation and closure across global functions.
- Identify recurring failure patterns and systemic execution bottlenecks.
- Conduct cross-program lessons learned and operational reviews.

Functional Operations Management
- Consolidate status from Functional Leads and Program Leads.
- Develop functional health indicators and executive scorecards.
- Standardize reporting methodologies across projects.
- Drive operational rigor and governance excellence.

Tool, Flow &
- Methodology Management

Who You Are

- Consolidate engineering tool, flow, and methodology issues.
- Identify common pain points across design functions.
- Drive corrective-action tracking and closure.
- Partner with methodology teams on process improvements.

AI &
- Productivity Enablement

- Track AI adoption across engineering functions.
- Measure productivity and efficiency improvements.

Capacity &
- Resource Analytics

- Analyze functional resource demand versus capacity.
