We are looking for Sr Manager Strategic Sourcing IT Services for our BPO Client in Pune.

- Lead global strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect procurement categories for IT Services (Hardware Software Licences).
- Manage Multi Million annual procurement spend including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
- Delivered savings through supplier negotiations, cost reduction programs, and working capital initiatives.
- Manage and develop supplier base vendors ensuring compliance, performance improvement, and supply continuity.
- Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and e-auctions to drive competitive sourcing and market benchmarking.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance teams to implement sourcing strategies and procurement efficiencies.

Qualifications

- Graduates with 12+ yrs of overall experience.
- 8+ yrs in strategic sourcing of IT & Skilled Services Category
- Willing to relocate to Pune and work in Shifts
