Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and well-organized Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day marketing and customer coordination activities.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports, MIS, sales data, customer records, and other marketing reports.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
- Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, quotations, and customer interactions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other marketing-related documents.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and other departments for timely customer requirements.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers for business opportunities.
- Support the team in preparing marketing plans and maintaining customer relationships.
- Perform regular data entry, analysis, and reporting using MS Excel.
- Handle other marketing and coordination tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, filters, sorting, and MIS reporting.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate reports and records.
- Proactive attitude with good organizational and time-management skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Marketing, Sales Coordination, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Candidates with Automobile / Die & Mould / Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

(Negotiable based on experience and skills)
