Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Payroll Processing

Collect, compile, and reconcile monthly timekeeping, overtime, and leave management data. Process monthly salaries, bonuses, incentives, and variable pay accurately for on-roll employees.

Full and Final Settlement

Manage full-and-final (F&F;) settlements, leave encashments, and exit-related payout calculations.

Statutory Compliance Management

Calculate and manage statutory deductions including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS. Ensure timely deposit of monthly challans and file periodic statutory returns with relevant authorities. Align salary structures and compliance frameworks with updated labor laws and wage definitions.

Audit, Documentation & MIS

Support internal and external audits by preparing error-free payroll reports, tax reconciliations, and compliance logs.

Cost Saving and Process Development

Work on recent IT-related initiatives to make HR more system-driven and efficient.
