Key Responsibilities of Sr. HR Executive
Handle employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, attendance, and leave records.
Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.
Coordinate HR operations, compliance, and day-to-day employee support.
Assist management with HR planning and process improvements.
Act as Bridge bw Management and Team
Manage recruitment and onboarding of recent employees.
