We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, documentation, and HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and employee-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.
- Handle employee attendance, leaves, and HR records.
- Manage employee documentation, letters, and HR files.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and first-level workplace concerns.
- Coordinate with managers regarding employee performance and HR matters.
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR reports.
- Manage joining, confirmation, probation, transfer, and exit processes.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related information, and attendance data.
- Ensure proper HR policies and processes are followed.
- Handle disciplinary matters and maintain proper documentation.




- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Coordinate with management on HR-related requirements and issues.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Senior HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Robust employee-handling and grievance-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/HR software.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
