Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio in real estate branding, digital marketing creatives, and print media. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality designs that enhance brand identity and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns.

Create social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, newspaper ads, hoardings, standees, and sales collaterals.

Develop branding materials for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visually engaging campaign creatives.

Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all communication channels.

Work on website banners, emailers, presentations, and promotional materials.

Coordinate with vendors and printers for production-ready artwork.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and implement innovative concepts.





Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Guide junior designers and ensure timely execution of creative requirements.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Figma will be an added advantage.

Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.

Experience in designing both digital and print marketing materials.

Ability to conceptualize creative campaigns independently.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and real estate creatives.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
