Full Stack

Developer AI First role is a full-time remote position focused on designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications with AI-driven features from end to end. In this role, the developer will work across front-end and back-end layers, implement scalable APIs, integrate AI models and services, and ensure performance, security, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product and fractional leadership on technical architecture, writing clean and testable code, reviewing peer code, and participating in design and discovery sessions.





The developer will help translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize user experiences, and contribute to best practices around AI-first product development. This position involves close collaboration with distributed teams and clients, with an emphasis on ownership, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with the ability to own features from design through deployment.
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs, microservices, and data access layers.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), creating responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.
- Experience integrating AI/ML services or models into production applications, including working with AI APIs and data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in one or more modern programming languages (for example, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills, effective remote collaboration habits, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Background working with B2B SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or similar complex domains is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
