Role Summary

Lead the design, deployment, and integration of AI/LLM solutions directly within client environments. Take full ownership of production-grade AI application delivery, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration.

What Youll Do

- Work directly within client ecosystems to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
- Design and build production-grade AI/LLM applications (not just prototypes)
- Develop and deploy APIs, integrations, and backend systems supporting AI use cases
- Build LLM-powered applications (tool calling, RAG, multi-step orchestration/agent workflows)
- Own deployment processes to ensure successful go-live and user adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues post-deployment
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, engineers, and product teams
- Clearly articulate technical decisions, trade-offs, and architecture choices

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience with real delivery ownership
- Proven track record building and shipping production systems




- Strong client-facing / embedded delivery experience within real-world constraints
- End-to-end project ownership of at least two production-grade systems
- Backend or full-stack development expertise (Python preferred; Java, Node.js, or TypeScript also considered)
- Hands-on LLM / AI application development (RAG pipelines, agent workflows, tool calling) with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or direct LLM APIs
- Cloud-native development experience with at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Production deployment and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools)
- Experience with data, integration, and observability stacks (REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven systems, SQL/NoSQL databases, vector DBs, monitoring tools)

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms
- Frontend experience (React preferred)
- Experience building monitoring/alerting systems
- Understanding of Responsible AI and data governance
- Startup or high-growth setting experience
- Mentorship or team leadership experience
