Position: Sr. Executive - HR

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Manage performance appraisal, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Support HR audits and maintain proper HR documentation and records.




- Prepare HR MIS reports and support management in HR-related decisions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in employee relations and grievance handling.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and HR MIS.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
