Hiring: Techno-Commercial / Business Development Manager – IT Services & Manpower Outsourcing

We are looking for a result-oriented professional who can bring new business/orders in:

- IT Services & Managed Services
- IT Infrastructure / AMC / O&M; Services
- IT & Non-IT Manpower Outsourcing
- Government, PSU & Corporate Projects
- Contract Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and acquire new clients
- Connect with HR, Procurement, IT & Project Heads
- Understand client requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals
- Handle costing, quotations and commercial negotiations
- Follow up on RFQs/RFPs and convert opportunities into Work Orders/Contracts
- Develop long-term client relationships

Ideal Candidate: Someone with strong B2B sales experience, existing corporate/PSU network,



valuable commercial negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing business. Interested candidates can submit their cv for further process
