We are currently hiring for a PE-backed US firm building its India GCC to support multiple CPA firms .

The Client Accounting Associate/Senior Associate is responsible for managing client accounts - US Clients , performing detailed bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality .

Location : Hyderabad ( Hybrid - 3 days WFO)

Timings : 2 PM - 11 PM ( both sides cab facility )

Preferred : Candidates with immediate joining / 30 days Notice period.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping & Accounting Operations

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Maintain general ledgers by establishing accounts and posting entries
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance across all financial records and reports

Client Account Management

- Manage and maintain multiple client accounts
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Provide clients with clear, timely, and accurate financial insights
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving

4. Process Improvement

- Identify and drive improvements in bookkeeping and accounting workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance systems, controls, and efficiency

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/commerce.

Experience:

- 2-5 years of experience in bookkeeping.
- Experience in client account management is a plus.
- Experience in 1099 preparation, US tax forms, payroll.
- Working experience in both cash and accrual accounting is a must.

Skills: Proficiency i n bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks ) and Microsoft office Suite  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
