We are looking for a Sr Arcitech for our Hospital Project situated in Maharashtra. We are being a developed company in the EPC Industry. The relevant candidate should be:-

A Senior Architect plans, designs, and oversees construction or development projects from initial concept to completion while leading project teams. [1, 2, 3]Below is a standard template for a Senior Architect in building and construction design.Role OverviewThe Senior Architect manages the technical and creative aspects of architectural projects. You will turn client needs into safe, legal, and functional building designs, guide junior staff, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]Key Responsibilities

- Design & Planning: Create comprehensive architectural designs, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD or BIM software.
- Client & Team Coordination: Meet with clients to define project requirements and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all plans comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
- Project Management: Monitor construction progress through site visits, manage resources,



and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor junior and mid-level architects on the team. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of skilled architectural experience managing end-to-end projects.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- Certifications: Professional architectural license or registration (e.g., Council of Architecture in India or equivalent) and LEED accreditation are strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and budget-tracking abilities. [1, 2, 3, 4]

SALARY: SALARY WILL BE COMMENSURATED AS PER THE INDUSTRY NORMS & IN LINE WITH QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE: 10 YEARS EXPEIENCE AND HANDLED 5 MORE HOSPITAL PROJECTS

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
