Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the Order to Cash (O2C) process from order receipt to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues related to orders, invoices, or payments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize O2C processes, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in OTC billing or a similar role within IT services & consulting industry.

- Solid understanding of O2C billing cycles, including order management, invoice generation, and cash application.

- Excellent analytical skills for identifying trends and areas for improvement in the O2C process.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
