- Handle complete accounting operations for construction/project sites, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Manage site accounting activities, including cash/bank transactions, bills, vouchers, expenses, advances and reconciliations.
- Maintain project-wise books of accounts and ensure proper allocation of expenses to respective projects/cost centres.
- Verify and process vendor, subcontractor and supplier bills as per company policies and project requirements.
- Handle subcontractor accounting, including RA bills, deductions, advances, retention money, recoveries and reconciliation.
- Maintain Petty Cash and Site Cash and ensure proper supporting documents for all expenditures.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Monitor and reconcile advances to employees, vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, project-wise profitability statements, expense reports and other management reports.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
