A multidisciplinary team delivers evidence-based interventions across occupational therapy, behavioral therapy, speech and language therapy, special education, early intervention programs, and parent guidance.

Role Description The Pediatric Therapist is responsible for providing direct, evidence-based therapeutic services to children across relevant domain speech and language therapy, depending on area of specialization. Day-to-day tasks include assessing developmental, behavioral, and communication needs; designing individualized therapy plans; delivering structured sessions; and tracking progress through documentation and regular reviews. The role involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals, offering guidance to support continuity of care at home and school.





The Pediatric

Therapist will also contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions, participate in case conferences, and help maintain a nurturing, inclusive environment aligned with the center’s values. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sarjapur

Qualifications

- Relevant clinical qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in , Speech and Language Pathology,
- Skilled licensing or registration as required by local regulations, and prior experience working with children with developmental, behavioral, communication, or learning challenges.
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques in pediatric settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive, family-centered care.
- Skill in maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring progress, and using structured tools or outcome measures.
- Experience with early intervention, autism support, special needs education, or behavior therapy is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in a pediatric therapy center workplace and participating actively in team-based care.
