Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – BASLP / MASLP

Mind & Brain Hospital, Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru, is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team.

We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in developing their clinical skills in a hospital and mental-healthcare environment.

Position

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist

Qualification

- BASLP – Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology
- MASLP – Master of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology
- Candidates with relevant recognized qualifications may apply.
- Valid professional registration/certification wherever applicable.

Experience Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Candidates with exposure to hospitals, rehabilitation centres, paediatric therapy, neurorehabilitation or mental-health settings will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech, language and communication assessments.
- Plan and conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Assess and manage speech, language, articulation, fluency and communication difficulties.
- Prepare individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as required.
- Maintain accurate patient assessment reports, therapy notes and progress records.
- Provide appropriate counselling and guidance to patients and caregivers.
- Provide home-based therapy recommendations where appropriate.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.




- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital clinical and documentation protocols.

- Neurorehabilitation

- Dysphagia/swallowing-related cases, where applicable

Job Details Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru

Work Mode: On-site

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: 1 day
