We are looking for a Spare In-Charge / Spare Assistant to join our Veliyathu Motors Royal Enfield dealership (Pala Mutholy). The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in automobile spare parts, preferably in a two-wheeler dealership or automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day spare parts operations and inventory.

- Handle spare parts receiving, issuing, and stock management.

- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock verification.

- Coordinate with the Service Department for spare parts requirements.

- Prepare spare parts orders and follow up on pending requirements.

- Ensure proper storage and identification of spare parts.

- Handle billing, invoices, and related documentation.

- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving spare parts.

- Coordinate with suppliers and the company for spare parts procurement.

- Maintain proper records of stock and transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education:



Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering / ITI in Automobile or Motor Vehicle Mechanics.

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automobile spare parts or a similar role.

- Experience in a two-wheeler dealership/service centre will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/inventory software.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
