Job Title: Project Lead– Spanish

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Lead – Spanish to lead and manage software implementation, client coordination, and project delivery activities for our enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and fluency in Spanish to effectively coordinate with Spanish-speaking clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, tracking, and successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, product, support, and implementation teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and project deliverables.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct project review meetings, status calls, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure quality standards, project scope, timelines, and customer expectations are met.
- Manage issue escalation and resolution with internal teams and clients.
- Support release planning, implementation schedules, and deployment coordination.
- Provide Spanish translation and communication support for project documentation, client discussions, emails, and requirement clarifications.
- Work closely with Spanish-speaking clients for requirement gathering, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Drive process improvements and project governance best practices.

Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in Project Management / Software Delivery / Client Management.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing enterprise software implementation or SaaS product delivery.
- Excellent project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and verbal communication) is mandatory.
- Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Skills
- PMP / Scrum / Agile certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in enterprise mobility, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.
- Client-facing international project management experience preferred.
