Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong Channel Partner (CP) / broker network.
- Generate leads through CPs and drive site visits.
- Handle the complete sales process from sourcing to closure.
- Build good relationships with CPs and ensure regular business.
- Follow up with customers and CPs to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth bookings and closures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Channel/Syndicate Sales.
- Positive CP/Broker network in the local market.
- Good communication, negotiation and closing skills.
