Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Sourcing Manager role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Sourcing

Manager will identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and manufacturers for lighting, rugs, textiles, furniture, and wall art, ensuring quality, reliability, and alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and standards. A typical day includes negotiating pricing and terms, managing purchase orders, tracking lead times, and coordinating production and delivery timelines with internal teams. The role involves working closely with design, merchandising, and operations to translate product concepts into viable sourced items, optimize costs,



and maintain consistent quality.

The Sourcing

Manager will also monitor market trends, develop new sourcing channels across India and potentially abroad, and maintain detailed documentation and data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in home décor, furniture, textiles, or related categories.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, including the ability to build long-term, collaborative supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards for home products such as lighting, rugs, textiles, and furniture.
- Ability to analyze costs, lead times, and production capacity, and to optimize sourcing decisions based on data and business priorities.
- Solid organizational and project management skills to handle multiple product lines, timelines, and stakeholders at once.
- Comfort working with digital tools and spreadsheets for order tracking, vendor databases, and performance reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal design, merchandising, and operations teams.
- Prior experience working with Indian manufacturers, artisan clusters, or export-oriented suppliers is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, design management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
