Sourcing Manager – CAPEX, Contracts, IT, EPC & Non-BOM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and commercial procurement across CAPEX, EPC, Contracts, IT, Non-BOM and other indirect procurement categories.

The role will focus on developing sourcing strategies, managing competitive tenders, supplier development, complex commercial negotiations, contract execution and delivering sustainable cost savings while ensuring quality, compliance and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic sourcing for CAPEX, plant expansion, machinery, equipment, infrastructure and project-related services.
- Manage EPC/EPCM/turnkey procurement, including tendering, commercial evaluation and negotiations.
- Lead negotiation and execution of commercial contracts, framework agreements, MSAs and long-term agreements.
- Drive strategic sourcing for IT hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, cybersecurity and IT services.
- Manage sourcing across MRO, maintenance, facilities, manpower, logistics, professional services and other Non-BOM categories.
- Develop category strategies based on spend analysis, market intelligence, benchmarking and supplier landscape.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and deliver measurable cost savings, cost avoidance and TCO optimisation.
- Identify, evaluate and develop strategic suppliers; establish supplier KPIs and performance reviews.
- Develop alternate suppliers and risk-mitigation strategies to ensure supply and business continuity.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Projects, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Quality, HSE and Supply Chain teams.




- Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, governance, approval processes and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

- 12–16 years of progressive experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing.
- Strong experience in several of the following: CAPEX, EPC, Contract Management, IT Sourcing, Indirect/Non-BOM Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management.
- Proven experience handling high-value tenders and complex commercial negotiations.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, engineering, FMCG, energy, infrastructure or project-driven environments preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven cost optimisation experience.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Engineering / Supply Chain / Procurement / Business / Finance degree preferred.
- MBA / Master's in Supply Chain or Procurement is an advantage.
- CIPS / CPSM or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
