About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered products and enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand business challenges, translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires a strong blend of solution architecture, AI technologies, cloud platforms, software engineering, and client consulting. The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and delivery managers to ensure successful implementation of innovative and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Solution Consulting

- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, technical challenges, and digital transformation goals.
- Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and client presentations.
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution proposals, effort estimation, and technical demonstrations.
- Act as the primary technical advisor during client engagements.

Solution Architecture

- Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise web, mobile, cloud, and AI applications.
- Define application architecture, system integrations, APIs, security, scalability, and deployment strategies.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.
- Recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and cloud services based on project requirements.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

AI & Generative AI Solutions

- Design AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)



and Generative AI technologies.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Design AI Agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Evaluate AI use cases including:

- Intelligent Assistants

- Document Processing

- Chatbots

- Recommendation Systems

- Predictive Analytics

- Computer Vision

- Natural Language Processing
- Define AI model integration, prompt engineering, model orchestration, and evaluation strategies.
- Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI, governance, privacy, and security best practices.

Technical Leadership

- Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Review technical designs and implementation approaches.
- Establish coding standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
- Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Developers.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and technical excellence.
- Resolve complex technical challenges across multiple projects.

Cloud & Infrastructure

- Design cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Define deployment architecture using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps strategies.
- Recommend monitoring, logging, disaster recovery, backup, and high availability solutions.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost.

Integration & Enterprise Systems

- Design integrations with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.
- Define API strategies using REST and GraphQL.
- Design event-driven and microservices-based architectures.
- Ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Support integration with ERP, CRM, LMS, Healthcare, Finance, and other enterprise platforms.

Governance & Quality

- Ensure architectural compliance with organizational standards.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical audits.
- Maintain architecture documentation and decision records.
- Promote secure software development practices.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability of solutions.
