Experience: 2–5 Years

? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E. in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical or related field
? What We’re Looking For
Candidates with hands-on experience in:
- Solutionizing heat treatment of aluminium alloys
- Heat treatment furnace operations amp; quenching
- Process parameter development and optimization
- AMS / ASTM / OEM specifications
- Process validation and documentation
- Metallurgical principles, hardness amp; microstructure
- Root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
