Your Profile

- 8–10 years of experience in MES/MOM, Manufacturing IT, Digital Manufacturing, or Smart Manufacturing initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with iBase-t Solumina and/or SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
- Proven experience in MES/MOM solution design, implementation, deployment, and support programs.
- Strong understanding of Aerospace & Defense manufacturing processes including Assembly, Production Execution, MRO, Quality Management, and Shop Floor Operations.
- Experience configuring and implementing Production Execution, Electronic Work Instructions, Quality Management, Genealogy, Traceability, and Non-Conformance Management capabilities.
- Strong expertise integrating MES with SAP ERP, PLM, Quality Systems, Supply Chain applications,



and Shop Floor Automation systems.

Your Role

- Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation of iBase-t Solumina and/or SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) for Aerospace and Defense manufacturing programs.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable MES/MOM solutions aligned with manufacturing and operational objectives.
- Configure and implement Production Execution, Electronic Work Instructions, Quality Management, Genealogy, Traceability, and Non-Conformance Management capabilities.
- Design and implement MES integrations with SAP ERP, PLM, Quality Systems, Supply Chain applications, and Shop Floor Automation platforms.
- Support digital manufacturing transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence, manufacturing efficiency, compliance, and product quality.
