Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions for complex business requirements.
- Own solution architecture across applications, APIs, cloud platforms, messaging, and integration layers.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical architecture and solution designs.
- Design and implement API-led, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Develop integration solutions using REST APIs, Kafka, and event-streaming technologies.
- Assess existing applications and technology landscapes and recommend modernization and optimization opportunities.
- Define integration patterns, technology standards, deployment approaches, and architectural best practices.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, data flows, integration designs, and deployment specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Identify technical risks, evaluate technology options, and recommend scalable and cost-effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and engineering teams.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements related to scalability, security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Drive architecture governance and ensure adherence to enterprise technology standards.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 15 years of experience in the Technology industry.
- 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture / Solutioning.
- 5 years of experience working within Capital Markets or Wealth Management technology environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with API architecture, Kafka, and event-streaming platforms.
- Strong understanding of microservices, cloud architecture, application integration, and distributed systems.
- Experience in business architecture and domain modelling.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and integration frameworks.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and provide hands-on technical guidance.
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with large-scale technology transformation and modernization programs.
- Experience designing solutions for highly regulated financial services environments.
- Exposure to trading, wealth management, banking, or capital-market platforms.
- Experience working with multiple technology stacks and complex enterprise application landscapes.
