Solar Trainer / Solar PV Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solar Trainer to provide practical and theoretical training in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students about solar power generation, system design, installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training on Solar PV systems.
- Explain solar energy concepts, photovoltaic technology, and system components.
- Train students in solar panel installation and mounting techniques.
- Provide hands-on training in solar inverter, battery, charge controller, and wiring connections.
- Teach on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
- Demonstrate solar PV system design and basic electrical calculations.
- Train students in solar panel testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Explain electrical safety procedures and safe installation practices.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and workshops using solar training equipment.
- Prepare training materials, practical assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students through real-time solar installation and project activities.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Solar PV technology and electrical systems.
- Practical experience in solar installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of solar system design and sizing.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
- Valuable practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teaching abilities.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Relevant solar industry experience or training experience is preferred.

Experience 1–3 years or more of practical experience in solar installation, maintenance, system design, or technical training is preferred.

Employment Type Full-Time / Part time – Solar Trainer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
