We are looking for an experienced Solar Panel Fabricator to join our installation team. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication and installation-related work for rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabrication and installation of structures for rooftop solar panel systems.
- Cutting, drilling, welding, and assembling MS/GI structures as required.
- Taking measurements and preparing structures according to site requirements.
- Ensuring proper alignment, strength, and finishing of fabricated structures.
- Working safely at project sites and following required safety procedures.
- Coordinating with the solar installation team during project execution.
- Maintaining tools and equipment used for fabrication work.
- Supporting other installation-related activities when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in fabrication work.
- Experience in solar panel mounting structure fabrication/installation will be an advantage.




- Basic knowledge of welding, cutting, drilling, and fabrication tools.
- Ability to read basic measurements and understand site requirements.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor/site conditions.
- Good teamwork and a responsible attitude.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in rooftop solar installation or solar structure fabrication.
- Knowledge of MS/GI fabrication.
- Basic understanding of solar mounting structures.

Salary: As per experience and skills. Location: Thripunithura, Cochin
