Hiring: Field Sales Executive Rooftop Solar

Locations: Yavatmal & Wardha

Experience: 25 Years

Salary: 20,00030,000 per month + Petrol Allowance + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Follow leads & obtain customer meeting appointments to achieve -

- Conduct direct customer meetings.
- Handle direct customer sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Explain rooftop solar solutions, pricing and benefits to customers.
- Make sales pitches and convert leads into orders.
- Follow up with customers from enquiry to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, installation and customer support.
- Maintain regular field visit and sales activity reports.

Candidate Profile:





- 25 years of experience in field sales / direct sales / customer acquisition.
- Experience in Solar, DTH/Cable, Water Purifier, Electrical, Telecom, FMCG or similar field-sales industries will be preferred.
- Valuable communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field travel and direct customer interaction.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Target-oriented and capable of independently managing assigned territory.

Compensation: 20K30K/month + Petrol Allowance + Attractive Sales Incentives.
