Job Responsibilities

- Work on the solar PV module manufacturing and assembly process.
- Operate production machines and equipment as per SOP.
- Perform module assembly, cell/stringing, lamination and related production activities.
- Carry out basic electrical testing and inspection of solar modules.
- Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter and clamp meter.
- Perform basic electrical wiring, connections and troubleshooting.
- Monitor production quality and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and testing reports.
- Follow company safety procedures, quality standards and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain a clean and safe working setting.





Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and testing.
- Ability to use electrical testing instruments.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Experience 0–3 Years

Freshers with ITI Electrical or Diploma Electrical qualification can apply.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
