The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting solar projects from installation and supervision to customer handling and sales.
1. Solar Installer
Responsibilites
- Install solar panels, an inverter, a mounting structure, and solar-related equipment on the customer's property.
- Perform electrical and wiring work in accordance with safety and technical standards.
- Ensure proper alignment, connection, and function of the solar system
- Follow all workplace and electrical safety procedures.
Requirments
- Experience in solar installation or electrical work is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the solar system and electrical connections.
- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops.
- Good networking and communication skills.
2. Solar Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential solar customers.
- Explain solar products, systems, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in solar, electrical, or related sales is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy and renewable-energy solutions.
3. Solar Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily solar installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with installers, electricians, and other team members.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements and safety standards.
- Monitor installation quality, materials, and timelines.
- Report project progress and technical issues to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar installation or site supervision is preferred.
- Good knowledge of solar systems and electrical work.
- Strong team-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities efficiently.
