We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious QA Intern to join our team and help ensure that our digital products and platforms deliver a smooth, reliable, and user-friendly experience.

Role Overview

We're looking for a QA Intern who is passionate about technology, software quality, and problem-solving. You will work closely with our product and technology teams to test applications, identify bugs, verify fixes, and help improve the overall quality of our products.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in software testing, bug reporting, test case creation, and product quality assurance within a growing healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, UI, usability, and regression testing of web and mobile applications.

• Create and execute test cases based on product requirements and user flows.

• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce issues.

• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before product releases.

• Test different features, workflows, forms, APIs, and user journeys.

• Check applications across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and resolve issues.

• Identify edge cases and potential failure scenarios during testing.

• Assist in maintaining test documentation, checklists, and QA reports.

• Perform exploratory testing to identify unexpected issues and improve product quality.





• Participate in product reviews and provide feedback from a user and quality perspective.

• Stay updated on software testing practices, tools, and emerging QA technologies.

• Use AI-powered tools where appropriate to improve testing, documentation, and productivity.

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of software development and the software testing lifecycle.

• Understanding of concepts such as test cases, bug reporting, regression testing, and functional testing.

• Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of web applications and how they work.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with developers and product teams.

• Willingness to learn new testing tools and technologies.

• A curious mindset with the ability to think from both a technical and end-user perspective.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, Browser DevTools, TestRail, or similar QA tools.

• Basic knowledge of API testing and HTTP methods.

• Basic understanding of SQL/database queries.

• Familiarity with browser and mobile testing.

• Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python,



or Java.

• Experience with Git/GitHub.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.

• Experience working on academic, personal, or internship projects involving software testing.

• A portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of testing projects is a plus.
